The Staley Mustangs 7th Grade White Team finished their season 6-2. Throughout the season, they learned the game, and learned to work together as a team. These boys played hard, week in and week out, never giving up. Their hard work, dedication and commitment were the basis of their success. Each and every Mustang player contributed to the team making it a very strong unit.
Although I am a little sad to see another Staley football season come and go all to quickly, I will once again say, how much I LOVE being down on the sidelines, with these boys, and the coaches, watching, photographing and cheering them on. I love every minute of the games, from the pre-game huddles to the last huddle break on "Mustangs" and everything in between. I love the excitement of the coaches and players on the field and on the sidelines, after big plays and big hits. I love seeing all the boys in their Staley blue and white, representing our school so well with excellent sportsmanship I love watching these boys, go out and give it their all every week, playing with heart and the Mustang spirit. And of course, seeing another one of my sons wearing his Staley uniform with great pride, and having fun.
Congratulations on a fantastic season!! I can not wait until next year!!
