The Frisco Lady Raccoon JV Girls Soccer ended their season last week.  The Raccoons JV squad was a not only a great collection of talented players, but all around great young ladies.  The team played through some frigid cold temperatures and faced some tough opponents; nonetheless, this team was dedicated, focused, spirited and funny.  These girls pushed each other to play their best each time they took the field.

I have been so fortunate to be able to be on the sidelines to capture the images of the game.  It is not always just the action of the game that inspires me, but seeing these young ladies go out and put forth their best effort, the opportunity to capture a moment of success, the camaraderie, the emotions.   It has been a wonderful experience of not only watching my daughter and her team mates athletic events, but to see them interact and form the bonds of friendship.  These young ladies are winners in every sense of the word.  They are leaders and role models.  I am so happy that Katie was part of this team and able to share so many memories together.  I will miss seeing this team every week, and hope to be back on the sidelines next year.

Here are a few of my favorite images from the season.

Thanks for the memories.
